STI's SoftLawn utilizes a soft polyethylene synthetic fiber that is UV protected. Treated and tufted on a porous backing, SoftLawn is the same quality product used in residential lawns and school playgrounds, play yards and commercial lawn applications. Lush and lifelike, the synthetic surface boasts a realistic “fresh cut" appearance combined with a soft, pleasing feel. As with all STI surfaces SoftLawn is easily maintained using a leaf blower or rake. New for 2006, STI now offers residential and commercial owners extended play lawn products - a new and improved version of previous offerings. XP50 an extended play, new and improved version of its exclusive NP50 synthetic turf.
